Teacher Training

As a school we are dedicated to our staff’s professional development. We strive to ensure that all staff, regardless of their experience, are supported through true continuous professional development.

The current development programme is outlined below:

Whole staff CPD

• A ‘strand’ approach to CPD providing staff with practice based, long term, bespoke support in the development of an aspect of teaching and learning
• ‘Opt in’ CPD sessions targeted at providing wider training opportunities
• Individualised developmental support from HODs and the Teaching and Learning Team

Role specific CPD

We will also be offering role specific CPD including the following.

• Middle Leadership training
• First Steps into Leadership Programme
• RQT Programme
• Mentor training

HLT CPD

Our links with Hackney Learning Trust mean that we also offer first class training courses provided by them.
