Applicants are advised that references to School in the Application Forms, the supplementary forms and these Notes to Applicants includes Academies.  Further, references to Governing Body in those documents include an Academy Trust Company, a Multi Academy Trust Company and / or its Governing Body / Board of Directors / Local Governing Body as appropriate.
